Welcome to Naturely! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naturely mobile application (“App”).

1. Target audience & parental consent

Naturely is intended for use by children, families, and educational institutions.
If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use this App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

2. Grant of license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Naturely solely for personal, non-commercial use on Apple iOS devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-app purchases & subscriptions

Any features, digital content, or subscriptions available for purchase within the App are strictly accessible only behind a Parental Gate.
All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds and billing disputes are subject to Apple's standard App Store policies.

4. Intellectual property

All content, graphics, audio clips, animations, code, and trademarks within Naturely are the property of VOICEVUI SRL or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any portion of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to circumvent its safety systems or usage limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to access another family's data. Accounts and data are scoped to the family that created them.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOICEVUI SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights in the EU.

7. Governing law & contact

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
